Thank you for your feedback. Our support team replied to your email with instructions and didn’t hear back, so we hoped your question had been resolved. Avery 8160 is the default mailing‑label template for North American users, so there’s usually no need to switch formats. If a different template was selected, you can switch back by searching for “8160” or by entering the sheet layout (Avery 8160 uses 30 labels per letter‑size sheet). The template list also shows label dimensions in both mm and inch, making it easy to confirm you’re selecting the correct size. The app supports multiple label brands, including generic sheets, as long as the label size matches your sheet. Many brands share identical dimensions even if the model numbers differ. We appreciate your feedback and are continuing to improve in‑app instructions to make this process even clearer.
