Features:
- Defining accounts per user and defining permissions per folder per user;
- Automation of classification into folders by received email;
- Focus on unread emails (emails are only marked as read when they are responded to or marked as processed);
- Post-its: Yes, you can associate post-its with processes, that is, with emails;
- Tracked processes: you can start a new process as being tracked, in which whenever you query, the system will locate all responses in real time, giving the possibility of reinforcing the request to those who did not respond;
- MailSortify does not store any emails. Access the email box in real time and as such searches are carried out on the server itself with a maximum degree of accuracy (there are no errors in the search results due to “cache” problems);
- When one employee starts the response intention process and another does the same, the second is notified that employee A at time
- The system provides two reports for complete email box information (folders and emails per folder) and also statistics with the last 100 emails sent and their exact response time.
