Bought 5 washes in October 24. I used 2 of them, one in October and one in November. December-February is usually pretty rainy, so I didn’t bother with a car wash then. In March I went to use it and my remaining 3 washes had disappeared. I approached the management about this and got 1 wash. They said they would fix it. A month later, it still showed 0 washes available. Overnight the app logged me out. Since I had a new phone number, I couldn’t log back in. I tried to create a new account but it won’t keep me logged in and now it won’t send me the text to log back in.
