My app does not hold my face recognition. It shuts off after one or two uses and has to be reset. Very annoying.
Inconsistent
The app is quick and great for tracking my bank accounts. Unfortunately it can’t make up its mind on we there or not I get to log in. Every days it’s can’t validate Face ID log In blah blah blah. So I log in password and user. Still nothing. Sad that Maine community took over cause Biddeford savings had the better app.

Phone app
Your app is horrible! It DOES NOT support certain phones! Like Samsung. You will be losing a customer. What is the sense in having online banking if you can’t deposit a check? Other banks can. I guess we will be going elsewhere
It has an error every time.
I end up having to log in using the browser on my iPhone because the app stopped working. Very disappointed.
Face ID and Accessing Passwords not working
The Latest version won’t sign in using Face ID, and won’t access Passwords from the keyboard to select the stored password like it used to.
Yes Face ID is turned on inside the app and the password is stored correctly.

New user
First time login feature does not work. Waiting on computer to be fixed.
