Sehr aufgeräumt und übersichtlich. Selbst das Onboard Sparding des Autos und die Smart Charging Funktionalitäten haben auf Anhieb funktioniert.

Login nicht möglich

Ich kann mich nicht einloggen, obwohl ich Kunde bin. Per Webseite oder Autostrom geht es mit meinen Zugangsdaten, hier nicht. Selbst wenn ich auf den Knopf „Passwort vergessen…“ drücke, wird keine Mail mit neuen Logindaten ausgelöst.

Danke für Ihr Feedback! Die App ist aktuell leider nur für Kundennummern mit dem Kürzel „A" verfügbar. Verträge zu 9-stelligen Kundennummern, z.B. 123456789, finden Sie weiterhin im Kundenportal auf der Website. Falls die Anmeldung trotz einer Kundennummer mit „A" nicht möglich ist, helfen wir Ihnen über support.app@maingau-energie.de gerne weiter.

Gute App

Alles echt super übersichtlich. Gefällt mir gut. Der Login hat auch reibungslos funktioniert und auch meinen Zählerstand konnte ich einfach hinzufügen.

Kein Log-In möglich

Ich kann mich leider nicht in der App einloggen. Ich bekomme die Meldung E-Mailadresse oder Passwort falsch.
Die Daten sind jedoch korrekt, da ich mich damit über die Website problemlos einloggen kann.
