The app is bloatware. Non functional. Useless. Junk. This ISP does not operate the app, it’s outsourced to a third party who never answers their phone.

They make you download this broken app and jump through all these hoops just to change your WiFi name. App wouldn’t recognize my router. Waisted 2 hours of my Friday night on this garbage.
App Never Works
This app is either continuously loading or just doesn’t work at all and closes you out of it.
App breaks a lot
It’s really frustrating how often this app stops working, especially since it’s the only way to set time limits on devices. It’s way less reliable than Spectrum’s parental controls / app.
