Customer Service.
The customer service is outstanding. With most banks it’s almost impossible to get directly to a human being. At Main Street they call YOU. Whether it’s to resolve a complex transaction or just to let you know your contact person will be on vacation. Amazing.

Still a bit clunky
Overall, the app gives me at a glance good info regarding my accounts. But the bill pay part of it part of it is still very cumbersome, and the check, depositing part of it, is ludicrously, complicated and requires many, many, more steps than the old version. The people who design it, should be using it. They will immediately know where it needs to be improved.
