Used to be great
Used to be an amazing place to bank. Now the app is not compatible with my phone anymore so I will be closing my accounts as soon as I can make the short hours. Also no more Zelle which is proving to be more difficult than it should.

We love walking into a bank that knows who you are. It’s like the family bank I remember going to with my parents as a child. Wish the app did a few more things but because of their hospitality when you need something done. It’s really not that big of a deal except when their not open

Consistently doesn’t work
This app fails more time than it works on iPhone. I’ve reached out to MainStreet and every time they tell me it reinstall the app. This works sometimes. Mainstreet is using vaporware to service millions of dollars for its clients.

The waiting period is excellent. Everyone is very helpful. Overall, the whole team staff are awesome.
Main St App
Limited functionality. Only good to check balance in checking acct: very difficult to set up monthly bill pay, credit card is not tied into app so you can’t transfer $ or pay off card, need a separate phone # to do that.
