Mandatory required problem
This application does not respond in my mobile phone. The problem is my mt8watch ultra upgrade version does not coming. Every null option. So please this mandatory require upgrade problem as do as possible.
Outdated software
1 music playing on watch don’t work i. Transford music dosnt work on watch 2 the watch dosnt have a sound like ringtone sound 3 nomatter what you do you can’t get the watch to make any sound 4 the data software is so bad that I put it back in the box and walked away not worth the aggravaction This is a great screen watch and that’s about all it is I noticed that all the knock off watches use the same software ya need to meet with a software engeener that can bring these watches up to speed google map is a whole joke

Not showing steps on fitness app
I have been using this app with an iphone, and the data from the watch, esp steps, are not syncronized with fitness app on my iphone. I allowed all the settings on but it keeps giving me a headache.

I'm sorry that our product has caused you such trouble. I would like to ask if your watch has accidentally turned on Do Not Disturb or Silent Mode. You can try turning off Do Not Disturb and Silent Mode in the settings of your watch. If you have other questions, you can contact customer service in the feedback section of the app and our customers will get back to you.

Esta app no sirve cada vez esta peor. No puedo usar el reloj se desconecta a cada rato. Y para conectarlo se nuevo es un problema. Arrepentido de comprar el reloj. No actualizan el fireware del reloj.👎

I like it.
Nice large face. You can choose from a large lot of free faces. It seems very good at telling bp/hr/o2 and sleep readings. Also good keep fit stuff. More than some well known brands on this watch . I speak as I find and prefer this to my Apple Watch.
It doesn’t have a face selection feature.
Some of the features are good but it doesn’t have main features like adding photos as screensaver and all.

Easy to use simple app to connect smart watch
This is a pretty good app. It works pretty well. It definitely talks to the watch pretty seamlessly. The only thing I would ask for is more configurations. More control over the little enclosed apps.
