Why have the colour of the tiles changed?

Been playing this twice a day for years. Since last playing today the tiles have changed on my husbandsโ€™ iPad. Mine are still the same. Whatโ€™s going on?

GLITCH

I lovED this game. Played it all of the time & got mostly 3 stars every game for the last year. Got to level 1504 & I COULD NOT get passed it. Have been trying for 4 months now. Tried to update app to no avail. I had to delete app & ALL OF MY PROGRESS WAS GONE when I re-installed this. I guess Iโ€™ll spend the next year working my way back up to 1504. Iโ€™ll update once I get passed it. Another option is I may just stop playing this game out of frustration!!
