I’ve been very disappointed I’m unable to connect since 10 September I’ve paid twice my subscription and I’ve asked for support from support team no one is able to help me.
What a blessing
This channel got me through 2020 lockdown, my entire family is in South Africa and I stay in the USA in New Jersey. Major 1 connect came into my life at the right time. During COVID 19 isolation from March throughout September all I did was staying at home watching major1 connect. I felt like I had family with me , I was never scared , I was never lonely and I never got sick . Glory be to God, May God keep you daddy,I love you so much.Thank You for everything

Disconnections for days is very disappointing
Customer serviced is automated and get no proper answer to issue involved
The app has bugs that need to be fixed
I have 3 weeks I can watch PropheticChanel because my app is not working. I tried to reach support with no success. I wrote the note to send it never went. Can someone take action. I feel frustrated when I can’t watch PropheticChanel.

Thank you for responding to the updates in a timely fashion. I now have several choices of music videos to listen to. Extended time was added on to the sermons along with other features.
