Needs a lot more functionality
App functionality is pretty minimal. It doesn’t have a save functionality so if you walk away midway your data is lost and you have to start over. You have to enter your name each line instead of it carrying over for multiple items or having a dropdown.
Won’t open
When I am trying to log in, the app keeps informing me that my session is expired and to log in again
So I try to log in and it says session expired and to log in again and repeat…

Feels like a scam
This app is the absolute worst. The company operate a service to do health spending account claims but make it so incredibly inconvenient to submit any health records it’s almost impossible. Half the time I try to use the app I get a SSL error that the app could not connect. When it finally does it’s so difficult to fill in information an submit photos of the receipt.
It looks like they hired someone who’s brand new to development to develop their entire system. The only way this can be worse is if I had to fax my receipts to them.
They’ve made no improvements to this app in more than 2 years that I’ve been a client. I’m thinking of going to another company purely because it will be easier to submit claims.

Will not let me login in goes from time expired to a log in box which doesn’t ger you to a log in page tried deleting and reinstalling didn’t help
