This app is actually really helpful. That may sounds sarcastic or ironic, but it’s true. I was actually able to use this app to help me relax and calm down, and just “make nothing”. I could see this app being helpful for a lot of people with a competitive nature, you can get some time off your phone, while also seeing how long you can push yourself to sit and do nothing.
