Don’t support IOS
App hanged after the first download two weeks ago. Finally can open the App but found that there are a lot of limitations if using IOS. A lot of uncertainty to buy a ticket for a live concert. Finally give up and uninstall the App.
No single function in this app
This app has no function at all! It’s a piece of junk!
App broken
Every time I open the app a message pops up saying the app is updated and to download the update. But the problem is there isn’t any update available in the App Store. I have deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times but problem persists. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP ASAP before the Mirror concert!
Can’t open the app
It is a terrible app. I can’t open the app and keep telling me the app isn’t the most updated one. So I go to App Store, but there isn’t any updated version. I then deleted the app, and re-install it. It still couldn’t fix the problem. If there is a zero star, I would have given it a zero or negative rating. What a waste if people time when you can even open an App?! 👎👎👎

The app doesn’t allow me to use the service
I can’t get pass the startup screen as the app asks to download an updated version. However, the App Store says this is the most current version, so I guess that the developer hasn’t released the updated version yet. If so, I’ve been running into this issue for a week, and this really tells you how awful the company manages its app. Garbage.

Please review your APP, who is take of the APP, please check and update what happened now! Unable to use! Unbelievable Hongkong people will make this bad APP! So disappointed!
Always prompting for download update version
Always prompting for download update version, it trapped at the beginning page. But I am sure I am at most update version.
