Useful app I love it

I absolutely love using this app for ordering from my favorite local restaurants! The interface is super easy to navigate, and I can find amazing Latin food options that I couldn’t get on other delivery platforms. In need of serious updates

This restaurant pushes their app, but it is too cumbersome to use. It takes more time to place an order because it doesn’t actually store your favorites. You have to customize the “favorited” item every time, plus it doesn’t allow Apple Pay or store card info. In other words, every time is like you've never used it before. On top of, they don’t process online orders very quickly. I have ordered 15 minutes in advance and walked in to watch others order and get their food before me. So until they fix it, this app is absolutely worthless.

Terrible App for a Great Place

This app is just awful. Too many options for ordering with some being redundant. Getting a bagel with cream cheese requires you to select toast preference twice. Required. Want a dozen bagels? You only get to select one bagel. No write in notes available. Doesn’t notify you of changes to the order status in a timely manner. Got a notification my order was ready 2 days later. You deserve better than this terrible app Makebs.

Please fix

App doesn’t tell you order is being prepared like it used to with a pop up. Please make that happen again. Sometimes the order doesn’t come through and then you get there and all of a sudden it pops up
