Developer not responding
Many bugs in iOS version. Have sent descriptions and screen caps and no response and no updates for 3 months. Website and Amazon store show different products, looks like typical off shore company with no English speaking employees.
Printer not connecting
I use to be able to use this printer and now I can’t. I have emailed the company asking for assistance over a week ago and still no response. Everytime I try to connect the printer I receive an error message stating the printer can’t be found. Further messages begin to say the printer is not supported. Very frustrating just to print a simple label.

Good hardware, bad software
This app needs a history to record each label you print. It also needs to auto size the label, you have to drag the edges around to get it into the label. If those features are added this would be five stars.

It helped me quickly complete editing and printing, accompanied us on our newly purchased device, and had a great experience

The APP is really user-friendly, with an incredibly straightforward printing process and a well-designed interface. The printer is fantastic—I use it for pretty much anything.
