Terrible app

Ai editor is a scam, doesn’t even get correct colours or positioning.

Best WalletMaker & Feature-Request (More Space for photos in the bottom area)

Update 08.05.26:
Pedro, thanks for your reply. Understood that Digital ID is not possible to use. Ok. :-)
Idea:
Would it be instead possible to use more space for a photo?
At present in the top area, the space is too small.
So is There A way to use the Full area at the bottom for a bigger Image?
This would be Amazing!
Even if a photo of a passport or driver license isn‘t officially supported in the EU, it would still help as a Backup in emergency cases.
This would be the killer Feature!

Cuidado no ofrece info completa

Compre la suscripción para hacer un pkpass a partir de un pdf y me dijo que yo habia comprado la versión PRO, que para hacer lo que yo queria se podía hacer solamente con la versión ULTRA, logicamente mas cara

Not really worth it

It’s kinda expensive for what it is. Maybe he doesn’t want the support issues, but this app is very expensive for its utility compared with other apps. Unless you really need it, give it a pass.

De gratis nada

He sido incapaz de hacer nada sin pagar.

FAQ

What can I do with MakePass?

MakePass allows you to create and customize digital passes for your Apple Wallet. You can transform photos of cards or tickets into beautifully designed passes using AI, import barcodes from various formats, and personalize details like icons, logos, and text. It also offers advanced features like location and time awareness for passes to appear on your lock screen when needed.

How does the AI design feature work?

The AI-Powered Design feature uses MakePass AI to intelligently extract relevant text and information from photos of cards or tickets. This extracted data helps define the pass structure and content, transforming your images into well-designed Apple Wallet passes with minimal manual input.

What are the subscription options and what do they include?

MakePass offers two subscription tiers. MakePass Pro unlocks features like pass barcodes, pass images, and pass relevancy. MakePass Ultra includes everything in Pro, plus the AI-Powered Design feature and iOS Shortcuts support, along with Family Sharing.

What devices is MakePass compatible with?

MakePass is available for macOS, iOS, and iPadOS. On iPadOS, where Apple Wallet is not directly available, the app allows you to preview passes and save them as files instead of adding them to Wallet.

Can I import any type of barcode?

MakePass supports importing barcodes in formats like QR, AZTEC, PDF417, and Code 128. It can also convert unsupported barcodes or embed them as images within your pass. However, note that Apple Wallet may not display all supported formats on Apple Watch, and some formats like Code 39, Code 93, EAN8, EAN13, UPCE, and Codabar can only be embedded as pass images.
