First time user (incomplete experience)
I live in Dokki and selected “Roma” as my laundry service. They called to confirm my order. I went into detail what I needed done. They told me they will arrive at 3. I prepared all the things and put it by the door. At 3:30 pm they canceled, and now what should I do? Even though Makwa is not accountable for the transactions that happen in the marketplace, they are still responsible for “quality “ customer service. So far, unimpressed

Lost many things , always late , no communication at all no phone number you can’t call anyone if you lost any of your stuff , maybe i can recommend you in the future when you have a professional management .
Great app and service.
The app is simple and easy to use. And the fact that you can customize your preference of having your clothes hanged or folded through the app is certainly a plus.
