Love the brand - hate the app
Love the brand and marketing! The app however is terrible compared to other shopping experiences out there today. Looking for older releases or specifics can be daunting. Getting a closer look at the product itself doesn’t work. Had one experience where I purchased an item and no notification that it was out of stock and it took me having to email customer support on the status after waiting weeks. For the prices Malbon charges for its products, I expect luxury shopping experience via the app. Old Navy has a better app for than this…

Malbon please fix
Love Malbon’s clothing, especially the polos. Great quality and designs, and the app is easy to use. Only downside is you can’t zoom in on product photos, which would really help for premium items. Overall, still a great app and brand.
