Very bad experience
This map is been a fraud. I have paid for this map and couldn’t even view anything. It keeps crashing. Apple need to remove this map from their store.

Has its uses
Contrary to the previous reviews, this app has its uses. I bought this for a diving trip to the Maldives. The map data is quite good and matches that which the dive boat used. However, there are no labels on the maps at all, so you rely on overlays (eg google) and therefore need expensive data downloads (though you could buy an inexpensive local sum for your phone if you are keen in this). The app is very slow to get a gps lock and you need to manually close the program to switch off gps (or your battery will be used up quickly). I did not find the included guide book useful.
I did find this a useful app for identifying and recording the exact locations of dive sites and viewing these on the chart. You can also export all the favourites to a Google earth kmz file for other use later. As I could find no other mapping app for the area, and this app was inexpensive when bought, I thought it worth a punt. Just be realistic in what you expect it to do....

It was great to have restaurants and hot spot on my Iphone. My Wife would like also to add personal photos and not only text comments and point of interest. Any possibilities?
