See a transparent daily routine score and understand which answers contributed to it. This app-designed score summarizes selected logged habits. Review completed check-ins and place fever, illness, surgery, medication changes, heat exposure, and semen analyses in context without implying cause and effect. SEMEN ANALYSIS TRACKER Enter sperm test results manually and keep the original values, units, laboratory reference ranges, dates, notes, and supporting documents together.
