Problem with not able to login to play.
UPDATE: I’m happy to say that I can finally log back into Mall World! 🎉 My game is working again and all my progress and items are still there.

I love Mall World, but the Facebook login issue is extremely frustrating. The game recognizes my Facebook account, then sends me right back to the login screen. I’ve deleted/reinstalled the app and followed support’s instructions, but nothing has worked.
I’ve contacted support, explained the problem, and I’m still waiting for a response. I’m also NOT the only player experiencing this issue.
Please fix the mobile Facebook login problem and, more importantly, please listen to your players and respond to them.

Too many issues
Been playing this game for years and when I downloaded it onto my new iPad, I’ve noticed this game has every issue possible. It’s very glitchy, sometimes to the point the app will crash and close. The app will freeze to where I have to close the app and restart it, or it will take forever to load the game and everything in it again, to the point where I have to close and restart the game. Another thing is I hate how you only have 3 delivery slots 🙄 I’m level 200 and still there’s no perks to leveling up it’s just the same thing. You used to be able to watch ads to earn spins for the wheel and earn more items, now you can’t even do that. The game is awful now.

Bad publicity
I’ve been playing mall world for years well over 6 years an I’ve seen the change it has taken from better clothes to better everything but I can’t help but to think the game players an even some of the creators maybe a lil biased and maybe some racism in the game. It’s been a few times where it shows a black model but when you click the image it goes to a white women or a very lighter complexion then the one shown an I didn’t think much of it up till 2023-2024 an I have a few screenshots of where the picture clearly shows a black model an when you goto the store to buy clothes to stock up for your store it shows otherwise an that is a lil unsettling with me because I’m sure it’s ppl from all walks of life to age that play that game an I would hate to have to explain to my daughter why the model showed black but when clicked on it was a white or lighter colored women

Loved this game as a kid!
Love this game, came back to it recently and it’s changed quite a bit but still the same game. I don’t like how much clothing costs with the in-game green money you can earn because it takes a while to stock AND have money for your own outfits. That’s something in a lot of games I realized, more time to spend in the game so they jack up prices of non-premium items. But, still a fun game. Cute art and fun concept.

There is a glitch. I just started the game today and the character I made keeps turning white with blonde hair and blue eyes everytime I go to the mall or closet. I want my character to stay the way I chose for her to look. I am black and she is black too. She’s supposed to look like me.
Not the game my childhood self fell in love with.
From experience playing and reading other reviews, they have removed NPCs from the game, making earning money impossible unless you invite your irl friends to play. Besides that, there is very little to do. When I was young I’d put hours into this game, but sadly this nostalgic game is one I have to leave behind unless they make changes to the content. Still a nice ride down memory lane.

The sell rate in this app is extremely slow compared to playing on pc via Facebook, please go an update soon. I would have all 4 floors fool of items to sell yet If I’m lucky I’ll sell 1-2 items in a day. Is not fair on the people that can’t play on pc to wait so long to sell a single item.
Could be better
Until there is npc characters buying your items instead of real people I refuse to spend real money. This game would be perfect with npc characters.

The game is still fun. It would be way better if they brought back the random shoppers. I also wish you could sort your closet and inventory better.
