What has happened to Mallard Pointe Golf Course?
This course used to be one of the premier golf destinations in the state, but sadly those days appear to be long gone. Considering the price they charge, the conditions are completely unacceptable.
The tee boxes are in terrible shape, uneven and poorly maintained. The greens are burnt up and struggling, making it difficult to enjoy a round of golf, let alone justify the cost. For a course that once had such a strong reputation, it’s shocking to see it allowed to deteriorate to this level.
To make matters worse, the staff was not particularly friendly or welcoming.
It’s disappointing to see a course with so much history and potential fall this far. Management should be ashamed of the condition they’ve allowed this property to reach. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend spending your money here.
