Have tried logging in multiple times won’t allow me to even when I press forgotten password I never get an email to change it

Quality goods but wasn’t able to put discount code into app
I paid through Apple Pay and was unable to put my discount code in for free delivery which is disappointing

App could do with some fine tuning, slightly clunky in places and no real ability to refine your searches on products like sizes/colours/materials. Other than that I’d say it’s relatively user friendly in regards to app navigation and appearance.

A fantastic app, visually engaging, easy to navigate, product display perfect, price point spot on! Would just look at default to UK for UK residents, it’s currently set to US and need to be able to scroll upwards when at checkout pay point just to complete address or make amendments. Other than that great experience and well done to the Mallet team! 👍🏼
