Mallphin helps retailers inside malls increase footfall through smart, track-based customer engagement. Retailers facing low footfall can raise a request to mall management directly through Mallphin. Once approved, mall management creates a dedicated customer track that includes selected retailers. When a track goes live, each participating retailer receives a unique QR code. Customers complete the track by visiting each retailer and scanning their QR codes. After successfully completing the full track, customers earn reward points that can be redeemed for offers and discounts. Mallphin enables retailers to attract more in-mall visitors, measure engagement, and participate in structured mall-wide campaigns without additional marketing effort.
