And when we do that, sometimes we forget how to truly feel again. I was like that. Closed. Disconnected. Until I met Malu. One day at the gym, I met this girl. Her name was Malu. We played a game — the kind of simple game you don’t expect to matter. We played Stop, laughed at silly words, teased each other over who won. Then we talked a little. Worked out together.
