Bad cross-platform support
Its Chrome extension and macOS haven’t been updated for years, greatly detracting the value of using the app and buying its VIP.
Regret buying
This is such a useless app which only slows down everything. And you can’t get a refund.
Absolute Garbage No Effect of Baidu Pan Downloads
I downloaded Malus hoping it would help speed up or at least stabilize my Baidu Pan downloads, but this VPN is an absolute joke. It does nothing—zero effect. The connection is slow, unreliable, and half the time it doesn’t even seem to work. I tested it side-by-side with no VPN at all, and there was literally no difference in download speeds or access. Waste of time and money. Don’t bother with this trash app if you’re expecting it to do anything useful for Baidu Pan or anything else.
One star is too generous.

All these bugs with account and subscription
I was using this app with monthly auto-renewal until one day my account turned into a “free account” in the app. Could’t find my paid subscription. Couldn’t subscribe again because Apple says I am already a subscriber. The chat customer service is not available for my “free account”……
