A few months ago when I first got a paid subscription it was working , then came an issue with the Scan Guard Not loading up in the app on the iPhone. Their tech support was not helpful not one bit. With me sending screenshots of what the app is doing or displaying and their only solution was for me to Uninstall the app and Reinstall, That’s like the bath water is not hot enough drain the tub water an refill the tub, ( really ) that the real solution to the problem.

The app does reasonably well with calls albeit, I wish it screened more effectively, especially those who have scammed your number to appear with a local call. Also, it could provide better screening protection for junk mail, and scams on Email and make them easier to identify. It’s OK, but I’m not sure if I will review after one year or seek another alternative. To be determined.
