My Journey
Changed my life opened my eyes 🙏
Light at the end of the tunnel
What can I say when in need my son came across man down and we said let’s give it a go .we were met with a warm welcome and later told our stories of a tragic incident we were at in Bodmin and the more we told the stories the better we felt knowing there are people out there willing to help that’s why we decided to carry on the journey and try to help others

As someone who suffers with my mental health I believe this is intergalactic (I typed integral but that sounds better) 🥴😅, I hope there is the equivalent in every country, county, city, all over the world and men weren’t scared to use it. after taking half of my meds the other night by mistake because I keep forgetting. I survived and decided I would start the new course of medication I’ve been prescribed.
I had the app and didn’t use it for 2 years after attending an inspiring first session.
I’ve been extremely
Lonely, I have my dog and 2 adult babies and family but that’s still how I feel. I love them they love me but it’s not always enough. Even if you reach out once it will change your life. #mandown #mentalhealthawareness #dontassumeimwalkingthedog
