App keeps crashing when trying to browse clothing.
Terrible/NonExistent Customer Service
Most, if not all, the written reviews for this website are 2y or older. So, I thought I might offer my recent opinion…
Pros: Great fashion, high quality, well curated, love the mix & match outfits they put together, their presentation of outfits is great, prices are great, the app is great and easy to use, their loyalty point system is nice.
Cons: their operations and customer service are the worst, I have placed 4 different orders on 4 different occasions and received no products. They shipped me nothing. They didn’t send an explanation, they simply refunded my money (thankfully). I have messaged them on numerous occasions and not received any response (other than the canned response that reads they’ll respond within a day, which they never did). I have no idea why they can never fulfill my order? I guess in 2y they haven’t fulfilled many orders (hence the lack of recent feedback)
I keep their app on my phone because I love their fashion and brands, but I just go buy the stuff elsewhere. It’s a shame they can’t reap the rewards of their good work because they can’t process orders or respond to customer questions.
Oh well, another great concept that will eventually die off because of poor execution.

Should add "shop the look" feature
The feature where it shows premade outfits on the website would be a cool feature to add to the app
No tall sizes.
The app is useful in the sense that it compiles some pretty cool brands and styles in one place for someone to discover. Two stars for that. But it does not offer any tall sizes when some of the products are available in tall, just at the items actual company website. As I need certain items, like hoodies, shirts, and jackets in tall, the app is essentially useless to me.

BOULDiN jeans made my day
I haven’t been using the man outfitters app for too long, but I wish I had. I was a little skeptical before I purchased my pair of BOULDIN jeans, but I have never been happier with a purchase. The clothes are fantastic, the shipping is fast, and the app is easy to use. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!

Simple. Straightforward. Easy.
I’m unaware of the history of Man Outfitters, but it is an answer to finding a simple shopping experience. This is where I give you a 5 star rating, but also a word of caution. You’re at a point where you either continue to excel or you spiral down into a failed experiment from growing too quickly (and/or poorly managing your growth). Keep things simple. Don’t complicate this. You’ve got a good thing going and I’ll gladly support you. Just, again, keep it simple.

Great app. But a bit slow in loading images when browsing through products - especially when flicking through album of an individual item.
Sorting by size rarely works!
Most of the time it says all sizes are not available or sorting from a main page. It would save a ton of time and searches if this feature works.
Great app. Quality all the way through.

This app has a great selection of brands and products. It’s my go-to for shirts, pants and shoes. They have fast and free shipping.
