I find the service very helpful and easy to use. Since I have difficulty walking, it is such a relief that I don’t have to be physically there. Everything can be done conveniently, and it really makes a difference for me

Bad service
There is a risk that they won't get mc. They deliberately told you for a long time to make you spend more and last the would not give you the mc . They asked me to go to the store to have a look. I already told her that I already have panadol I just wanna have a mc she still want me to go to the clinic .She wrote for me a letter to make the face to face consult free. Finally, the letter cost 20 sgd, and my face-to-face consultation also paid around 10-15 sgd . Perfect
