Frustrating
Doesn’t work. I have had one problem after another using this app. Now my payment history is showing the previous tenants history and my payment isn’t going thru. Payment was reversed. Total mess

This app sucks now before it would deduct what you pay towards it immediately now it takes a day or two and then what the balance is supposed to be will change and add more after your balance said something lower it's stupid needs to be updated and fixed . Would put half a star if let me

This app is a great way to pay your rent when it actually gets done. The sign- in is a bit too much for me.
Not Modernized
I’ve utilized this app for over a year. Paying rent is fairly simple however, logging in can be a bit of a delay and annoyance. There’s an option to substitute your password for Touch-ID, but that feature hasn’t been added into newer phone products in years. Face ID needs to be an added feature asap.

Time and time again I have problems with this app. This app is gonna call me or another family to become homeless there’s serious technical issues

Ever since Sunday night the app is not letting me fully login, it logs in then says “you have no units” .. then it asks for my address but say Address not found .. there’s no way for me to pay the rent

App Rarely Works
The app just does not work, it’s the only way I can pay rent and it just randomly decides to stop working. Landlords please avoid using this service it’s really bad and prevents you from getting paid.

Was having a couple technical problems on my end from my mistake and the issues were immediately resolved. Making payments on the app has also been conveniently easy for me

This app is herendous, and that’s an understatement. I hate this app.
Terrible
I don’t think this app would have been top of the line in 2006. It works 50% of the time at best. I am seriously considering making little paper airplanes with my maintenance requests on them and throwing them from the roof towards the management office…I think it would have about the same success rate as submitting a ticket through this app.

Clunky, Laggy, Glitchy, Broken
All the other reviews are spot on. I never leave reviews but I am going out of my way for this one.
-The app freezes/buffers in the middle of typing just to log in
-It signs you out instantly if you even open another app
-It crashes/freezes if you try to come back to the app without closing it completely
-I think the UI is fine. That’s why they get 1 star. It’s usable, and that’s it
I use an up to date iPhone 14 Pro Max so it’s not a problem with my hardware. This review is as of December 2023.

Building switched over to use this app from another app that managed everything. It's pretty much worse in every way. I dislike having to use it. Pretty painful experience.
I like it but…
The app should have an option to cancel a payment in case of a payment error. What would happen if I make a mistake with the payment?

Not my favorite. Or even close to being easy.
This app is trash. So is the website. Makes it hard to communicate with your landlords or management companies. Massive charges for using Credit Cards, which isn’t typically the case.
Logging in never saves the password. I had my password saved on the website but they seem to have removed the website tenant login.
All around just a difficult company that I will attempt to shy away from in the future.

Signs me out every time
This app signs me out every time I close the app. It is very annoying. If this is a integrated web app with a web view figure out how to store your cookies and authentication tokens. Most basic thing they could have done. If I had been hired by them, this would have been fixed. Use the website. This app is a waste of space

Horrible app
This app is absolutely horrible. I have attempted to let the property manager know that it does not work properly. I’m not sure what this issue is however I have deleted and downloaded again to no avail. Thankful there is a website that I can go to.
