Absolute joke of a software solution
Have to redownload app multiple times a week to get jobs to show up. Cant add in moisture points/notes from the app either, have to waste multiple hours a week adding notes on my laptop instead of being able to add them through the app. I highly recommend anyone avoid this service at all costs, spending extra in a different software service is well worth the saved stress.

This is the worst app it will not let me log in it just says error
Worst App in the business
Whatever you do, never count in this app loading any of your jobs or pics. I have uninstalled and re-installed 6 times and it still doesn’t load or work. When it actually loads, it is a very poor app and much of the needed info is visible
Manage It-That’s Hillaruous
Manage IT… Anyone who has used this app will find the name pretty hilarious. I just wish the app could Find IT. This app cannot find names or addresses to your jobs. You will spend more time watching it process than anything. I’ve been thinking of some better names for IT... Uninstall and Reinstall IT. Rarely works. Watch IT. Don’t Waste Your Time With IT. Can’t Manage IT. You can’t manage what it can’t find. Simply put, this app cannot keep up with you. If your looking for an app that’ll help you Manage IT, just know this ain’t IT.

Performance is terrible (UI design makes it worse)
To look up tasks or get a list of jobs that have tasks is a multi-step (and frankly convoluted) process and the slow data queries make this tedious process feel even worse. If the app were 10-20 times faster, the UI design issues would be tolerable, but put the two issues together and it’s really a bad experience.
And don’t turn on the “show tasks on the Home Screen option.” The warning in the app saying this will slow things down (if that were possible) is no joke. It makes the app unusable, which is too bad when this app has so much potential to help our team.

Delete/download every few weeks
It is such a pain to deal with. When it works it’s great. More often then not it won’t sync or mostly nothing shows up under jobs. I try to sync, reset my phone, clear cache, nothing works. I have to delete it and install.
Does not work!!!
I have battled this app for 6 months. I uninstall and re-install it regularly hoping a new version will fix the problems to no avail. I can't even get it to open the home screen most of the time. Do not use Restoration Manager if you need mobile capacity. It will not work!!

This is the worst app I use on a regular basis. Almost every two weeks, the system fails & I have to delete the app & reinstall. Not very professional. This has continued for over a year. For the amount of money we contribute to Utah’s wealth, I expect something that doesn’t continually fail.
If this were not a work app I would decline ever using it again.

Very limited
The computer version and training online for the mobile version are not even close. What the training says you can do in the mobile app is incorrect, pdf email using third party app is not true.
Still terrible
Was hoping an update would fix something but it’s still unusable. My foremen have given up trying to use this app. I’ve reverted back to our OneDrive for data and photos. I hate this app and can’t wait until we switch to another program. We are a large Servpro franchise and I’m sure this system costs us a lot of money.

1.5 years as a customer and it still doesn’t work as promised
The images used in the app description are misleading. Progress buttons are finally in beta, not full release. Document signatures require 3rd party software. ONLY works with parent company Xactware’s Xactimate software not Symbility.
As I’ve told them all these months, they have great customer service reps because they have a poor product.

Needs more features for real time input in the field
The inability to add moisture measurements and equipment in the field in real time coupled with Restoration Manager Sales being able to backdate moisture measurements severely severely hinders both the main program and the app
Untapped potential
There’s a lot of potential for this app, but I have yet experienced it living up to its potential. I am disappointed in the development team for their lack of effort to keep this app functioning smoothly. I know that they will continue to make improvements and look forward to giving them a better review.

Poor quality
This app crashes, won’t update, poor functionality, etc. Might as well use a Polaroid, file cabinet, and the mail service.
Severely antiquated
This Application leaves much to be desired and must work with another app to get sufficient data. Where is as other apps in this same industry has what you need in just one simple app. It’s very ice aged and very inconvenient.
Needs Attention
This app needs great attention. Moore options are needed in order to accurately timestamp site inspections, customer contacted, and various other fields in order for this app to really be effective. At this point this application is only good for correspondence.
Many errors and constantly have to delete it and reinstall it. Very frustrating
