Functional and beautiful
I’m new to the Jellyfin ecosystem, and mostly wanted a way to host and listen to my own music library. Manet fit the bill perfectly. The interface is Apple-native on both mobile and desktop. It supports creating playlists, offline downloads, CarPlay, and many features I have yet to discover. The free version works perfectly on mobile, and it’s well worth the yearly subscription for desktop use!

Great Jellyfin Music App
I’ve been searching for a full featured Jellyfin music app to replace plex amp and this does just about everything I need. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I’ve encountered an issue with CarPlay mode where the Album art doesn’t consistently display properly. That is, it’s missing entirely for almost every song. But using the app in my phone the album art is shown just fine.
Would love to troubleshoot that with the developer if possible because it could be an issue with my configuration.

This app is completely awesome! The only thing I'd ask for is Google Cast support, otherwise its perfect.

Strange Issues
Skips tracks on an album and sometimes will not play at all

It works and looks good but it drives me crazy that selecting an album on CarPlay doesn’t bring up a track list. It just starts playing it.
Good Jellyfin Client
This is a seriously good Jellyfin client. I do feel like some options to edit the home screen and navigation layout would be nice, but not a deal breaker.
For some reason downloaded music, when selected as a playlist, appears to be playing (when not in wifi range) but produces no sound. Possibly a bug. Plays ok directly from downloads area.
I’d love to financially support this app through a one-time purchase, but that is not currently an option, which is a shame.

Best Jellyfin music client i’ve found
Has a really clean look, and decently stable.
My one gripe is that Manet+ doesn’t have a lifetime/one time purchase option. One of my main reasons for homelabbing is cutting out subscriptions.
The free app has 99% of the functionality anyway though so not a huge deal

Simply best
It’s easily both the best in looks and utility; I tried every other jellyfin client on iOS and each looks bad and didn’t integrate the “Apple look” while this one looks like apple baked it. It also doesn’t freeze my playback like every other client does and most importantly; the subscription isn’t necessary (I don’t have disposable income) but I highly suggest you support this indie king.

Perfect for music hosted on Jellyfin
I’ve used Manet to stream music from my Jellyfin server for about 4 months now and it’s worked perfectly
Playback failed, songs skipped
Some songs are skipped because of playback failure. No notification, it’ll just skip half an album sometimes. If I manually try to listen to a skipped song sometimes it will play it after 10 seconds of waiting, other times it’ll skip the song again. My library is entirely .flac and other apps I’ve tried play them flawlessly, I’ve cleared cache but no luck.

Full of bugs
Kinda good player but also full of bugs that never seem to get fixed. Constantly forgets previous tracks so you can’t skip back to the track before in a playlist. Constantly redownloads every file marked for download, CarPlay interface is pretty basic
Genuinely love it, but needs work.
Honestly, this app has real potential, but its been very buggy for me, more so in CarPlay than anything else.
If you shuffle your library you don’t seem to get album art, and if I ask Siri to play a song, it just says something went wrong with Manet (Plexamp works fine for example).
Honestly, sort those, and I may just make Jellyfin my primary music server, backed by this app.

Hands down the best Jellyfin client
This app is great but the playback reporting is still a little broken. I’m getting more than before after the last update but it’s still very innacurate

I used to have an issue with the volume being too low but the developer fixed it within a couple months and now it works perfectly.

For some reason the native Jellyfin app doesn’t allow for playing when app is closed or screen is off. Not only does this app solve those problems but it also has an amazing interface compared to Jellyfin. Works flawlessly, easy setup to my server and even works remotely.
