Thank you so much for your honest feedback! I’m really sorry for the frustration this has caused. To clarify, our offline download feature is working completely fine, except for the Infinity server, which is currently having optimization issues causing incomplete chapter loads. My team is already fixing this. Please give us just a few more days to get this sorted so you can enjoy offline reading again! Thanks a ton for sticking with us! 🫶
Problem with server galaxy

Hi, and thank you for taking the time to let us know. We're sorry the Galaxy server has been giving you trouble over the past few days. Here's what's going on: we're currently upgrading the Galaxy server, and while that work is underway it can occasionally get overloaded during peak hours when a lot of readers are online. That's likely why it loaded fine at times but not others. We're actively working to keep it fast and stable at all hours. In the meantime, we've just launched a brand new server called Nova, built for very high speed and excellent reading quality. You can switch to it anytime under Settings, then Change server, and you should be back to reading right away. We're a small team working hard to make Manga Galaxy better with every update, and feedback like yours truly helps. If Nova gets your reading experience back on track, we'd be very grateful if you'd consider updating your rating to reflect it. It means a lot and helps us keep improving for you. Happy reading! Reinstalling won't fix this one, because the issue isn't the app itself. We're currently upgrading the Galaxy server, and while that work is underway it can occasionally get overloaded during peak hours when a lot of readers are online. That's likely why chapters loaded at first and then stopped. The good news is you're never limited to one server. Manga Galaxy gives you four high quality servers to read from freely: Galaxy, Infinity, Bat, and our newest one, Nova, which is built for very high speed and excellent reading quality. Just open Settings, then Change server, pick another one, and your chapters should load right away. We're a small team working hard to make the app better with every update, and feedback like yours truly helps. If switching servers gets you reading smoothly again, we'd be very grateful if you'd consider updating your rating to reflect it. It means a lot and keeps us motivated to improve for you. Keep crashing

Hi, and thank you for flagging this. We're genuinely sorry the app has been crashing when you open your library, and we understand how frustrating that is. We'd really like to get this sorted for you. Here are the steps that usually fix it, in order. First, please update to the latest version on the App Store. We've made important stability improvements, including a smarter way to automatically switch servers when one is having trouble, which is often behind crashes while loading the library. If it still happens after updating, open Settings and tap Clear cache. And if that doesn't help, deleting the app and reinstalling it gives everything a clean start. One more thing that helps: your library loads from a specific server, and we're currently upgrading the Galaxy server, so at peak hours it can get overloaded. You can switch to any of our four servers under Settings, then Change server, including our newest one, Nova, which is very fast and stable. We're a small team and we read every review carefully. If these steps get things running smoothly again, we'd be truly grateful if you'd consider giving the app another chance in your rating. It genuinely means a lot and helps us keep improving for you.
