W pizza, worst app I’ve ever installed
Love the pizza, hate the app
App seriously needs refresh. Saved card is fine and not expired but getting declined and making you put in a new one. If you select delivery in the beginning but hit repeat last order and it was a pickup, it defaults back to pickup. Didn’t pay attention and waited over an hour before I realized it went in as a pickup order. Would be awesome if they updated the app.

Bad App & Getting Worse
Log In info will not save but most frustrating is that it saved my cc info so just enter cvv but every time it says card declined when it’s perfectly valid. I entered another card and still declined so I delete app, login place order and it will work. No sense in this - it’s a pain and useless.

It would be nice if the app didn’t sign you out every time you sign in. And it’s been this way forever. Guess they don’t want orders. 🤦🏻♀️

Doesn’t save my login information and every time I go to order it cancels what I picked and logs me out, and wants me to start over? Ridiculous.

I can’t even use it anymore. It crashes repeatedly and makes me start over with my order. Very frustrating.

App is very slow and clunky. It is annoying that it doesn’t save login info (you are signed out after closing the app).
Also doesn’t seem to have an order tracker or any notifications that your pizza is ready.

Poor excuse
This app is not very well developed at all! I downloaded it to try to sign up but it only shows no account found! I’m sure business is lost due to this malfunction!

This app need serious work. Downloaded it to order & I get a pop up, saying that “No account provided. Please provide an account and try again.”

first time eating at the Stafford location. Used the app for the first time as well. placed my order and arrived to pick up at the designated time. pretty flawless experience. the only minor issue was coworkers wanted single slices but no option to order slices online or app. other than that, pretty good experience.
