Unable to log in
I've been unable to log in recently. I can log in normally on the computer website, but I can't log in on this mobile app.
Please change the app.
The simulcast is horrible. Takes forever to load on a mobile phone. Glitches out all the time. Is not user friendly on a mobile phone. Takes forever to swipe. Glitches in the app all the time. The delay time from when you touch is like 10 seconds per swipe. Does it on everybody’s phone not just mines I have a iPhone 16

STOP LOGGING OUT
For some reason a few months back, they decided to change the amount of time the app stays logged in. Now about once a week or maybe two weeks if I’m lucky I’ll be right in the middle of trying to do an appraisal when I get logged out! So frustrating and non-conducive to doing business in today’s car business!!

Imagine being a multi billion dollar company and the largest auction in the country but having the worst app in the industry. By far the worst app I have ever used. Nothing works with one click. The back button exist comes right over the bid button and since you have to click on it multiple times it made me buy a car by mistake and they were not willing to reverse the transaction. You can’t even scroll through the run list, it will freeze and glitch. Too many errors of application not being able to authenticate. Missed a few cars bcz I couldn’t log in due to the app error. It will never memorize your user ID. I can go on forever, fix this garbage

Worst designed app
Absolutely worst app ever to be developed. The amount of bugs and glitches is ridiculous. For the biggest car auction, you’d think it would have a refined app. NOPE, it crashes and glitches every chance it gets. I could write a 6 page essay about every glitch and it’s been like this for yearssssss. I kept thinking they would fix things eventually. NOPE, I was wrong. Sick and tired of it.

App very glitchy
Can’t even login sometimes. It just loops to my login. When I manage to login the app is slow and glitchy . I have to use the desktop version all the time. All this money they make and they can’t fix the app.
