So much potential left to waste
Two years ago this app really worked well. Then it just stopped and the customer service took a dive when asked about it. At first they said they were working on it. Then they said I could listen on the website. Yes it’s true you can still listen on the website but you lose a lot of functions that the app allows. After continuous emails inquiring about when the app will get fixed, the customer service email tram stopped responding to emails.
The crazy thing is that the audio is actually amazing and I do not understand why they don’t just get someone else to manage the app. But for anyone interested in downloading it just beware. It just doesn’t work and hasn’t for 2 years now.

It doesn’t work anymore
I use to use every day now it won’t load. I have sent emails basically they want me to purchase the new shiny version which I’m not doing
App stuck on loading
I absolutely loved this app when it was working. Now it gets stuck on the loading page and I can’t get it to open / play. No other app or internet issues and I have tried turning my phone off and back on several times as well as deleting and re-installing the app.
Doesn’t work
App won’t even load. Doesn’t open. Guess they didn’t manifest their own success. I’ll never take Facebook recommendations for apps again.
Used to work wonderfully
This app used to work wonderfully but now doesn’t get beyond “loading”. Is there a new update or new app that includes my past purchases?
