Stuck in Loading
This was one of my favorite Apps, however I have reached out and tried un-installing and reinstalling and it still gets hung up on loading.
So, I have a paid subscription and can not access the App!

This app was great but…
I utilized this app almost every day now it won’t load. I try every once and a while and I’m disappointed that it doesn’t work.
Will Not Load
This was one of my favorite meditation app, but it will not load and I cannot reach anyone for tech support. I was going to purchase the next level, but the app is not loading on my phone

How do I get my money back?
I paid for a package on this app. It doesn’t load anymore. Customer service did respond however, I don’t have the programs I paid for that were loaded on the app. How do I get a refund if they are not going to update the app?

I was happy to have this app but suddenly it got frozen, is a shame that the customer service doesn’t respond.
APP SUDDENLY WONT LAUNCH
So at first the app was pretty decent but all of a sudden it stopped working it won’t open and I can’t access anything on it. I want my money back.

Used to absolutely love this app for my different meditations. Now it absolutely won’t load no matter what I try.

Everyday I looked forward to unwinding to this, but recently it will not load. It stays indefinitely in the loading state. I reached out to support 4 days ago but haven't heard back. So really jonsing for my favorite meditations I decided to un install my app( and thus I assume loose my purchases) and re-install it, only to find the app is still stuck in loading, like it can't connect to anything. Really hate to leave this bad review. When I could connect to it I really loved it.

Worked for a few months then stopped working altogether
I paid for several items in the app too. Now it seems like a useless expensive app

I just had to come back on and say how I feel like an idiot!! Lol! The process to unlock the app was soooooo simple. I had to thump my own head. Lol! I am so ready to embark on this journey. This will be day 2 for me and I promise I already feel good about where I’m going. More days ahead and I’m waiting patiently on each. Thank you Alexander!!!!

I was scared at first after reading the reviews about getting help with the app. But the customer was extremely helpful they responded within 24hrs and give me clear instructions on how to unlock my materials I paid for. Dailey was a sweet heart. I do agree the setup process in not setup well. But once you get help it’s a breeze and I’m so grateful to have this material!!

My morning ritual
This has become my morning ritual, because it’s available at my fingertips. At first, I couldn’t sign in so I had to email customer service. The next day, I was given very specific directions on how to access all the recordings and it worked! Thank you again!
