Slow, Cheap App
This job does get the job done, but it's slow and backwards like it was made in the 80s and RadioShack is trying to sell it to you now. But what's possibly even more annoying is the damn thing keeps notifying me and trying sell me. Well, if you would like to do that, then perhaps you should lower the delivery minimum to be something lower. Until then, I don't need to be harassed by you anymore so I'm turning off notifications or deleting the app. The last thing I need is an uncooperative app demanding that I order more food than I actually want in order to get the delivery harassing me to order more. My experience with the app was really annoying and difficult. To say the least. Goodbye.

This app is still very glitchy. Nothing has changed. I was double charged for an order that no one can do anything about except wait for them to collect their fee and remove the other one. It’s frustrating. After all these years I expected the app would be a lot better.
The app won’t show the payment section
When I get to the payments screen after I choose my food, the screen doesn’t display the payment type section (debit, cash, etc.). I literally can’t pay and order my food.
It’s especially annoying because I have a free pizza and I can’t pay the tax.

App so horrible appetite lost
This app was a pain in my rear. Coupon code didn’t work. Text to order worked but I couldn’t use Apple Pay. Every side item has a picture of onion rings attached to it. They can have it I’am no longer hungry after fooling around for 30min
Do not use this app!
Just tried to order and the app keeps saying that my billing zip code is wrong. So no order was made, but when I go to my bank account it puts a hold on the purchase amount for every attempt to order. So that’s $60 I won’t be able to use for the next few days.
Can't find my house
The app sign up process says Google can't verify my address but it's correct and every other app can find my address. Perhaps an updated app would help. Two years since an update doesn't keep an app functioning well.

hello, your app can’t find my house on G St NE. I live a block away from the H St location. Even when I put in your H St location, I get the same message that “google maps can’t locate my address”. Please fix.
Incorrect Address
This is frustrating considering I’m copying the exact format of the address FROM Google Maps. Who’s designing these things! Without the address, the app is useless as you can’t make a profile. Brilliantly flawed!
DISAPPOINTED
I’ve used this app multiple times no issues. Then 1-15-19, made an online order on the app and 45 min later , I called just to find out they “didn’t get my order”. I told them transaction was pending in my bank acct and they said it wouldn’t process bc the store didn’t get the order. Then 1-17-19 funds were withdrawn and I literally got no food from them. This app has gone down hill and so did the service. Definitely not using them anymore

This app is completely useless. Don’t even bother
Cannot rate less than one star. Cannot load profile. Mapping cannot find my address. So I tried 6 or 7 more addresses around me. Not found . Useless app and a complete waste of time

Wouldn’t complete the transaction: kept getting an error 500 when trying to make the payment. Payment info was entered in correctly.

Please work of the app and the proper names of streets in Washington DC. DC is the ‘state’ abbreviation for District of Columbia
Currently your app does not ‘know’ NW, NE, SW & SE. These are quadrants within DC.
Please work on it for the Washington DC area and get back to us.

Won’t recognize my address-useless.
I can’t create a profile because it keeps saying Google Maps can’t find my address. It’s ridiculous. I have no problem with it through the website—but there are other issues with coupons on the website so I’m still left with no other option than to call. Useless.

We want wings!
App is overall pretty great, however, it won't let me order wings. It keeps telling me to "select style" after I choose the quantity but before preferences and there is no style to select. I don't know what to do and I'm so hungry!
Update 7/8/17: the app will now let me buy wings, however it will not let me add wings to the coupons. I'm starting to get really hungry.

Great app; wish the pizza and delivery matched
I have too often received the pizza cold; not hot or even very warm. But that is not a problem with the app, but the humans on the other end.
Kind of basic but it gets the job done.
The app is kind of rudimentary in design but it gets the job done. No complaints here because using it usually results in prompt food delivery lol.
