Has many technical problems
I tried refill my balance and order a plan but apparently it did not go through and it disappeared my 9 euros completely in a day. Customer support told me to go f myself.

As I noticed, others have the same issue with this dodgy telecommunications company.

Edit: Useless explanation and excuses. Trying to blame customer for your fraudulent activity! For your knowledge, mobile internet was switched off and only wifi enabled.

Nežinau kaip taip įmanoma būti tokiais šudagalviais, panašu kad kažkam tikrai reik bent minimalius mokslus pasibaigti kad suprastų kaip padaryt kad šitą programėlė bent minimaliai veiktų. Bandžiau kokią 25 kartus prisijungti ir viskas kas vyksta tai kazkoks šudratis sukasi ir sukasi ratu. Svetima gėda, bet jūs to nesuprasit,matosi pagal jūsų programavimo gebėjimus 🤷♂️🐓

Takes money even when not connected to internet
The app confirms things so slow that your money in true wallet will go down before the order processes. I have to spam buy a plan every time and worry if the money will be taken out. Scam behaviour.

I used to find Ezys very user-friendly. Refilling, purchasing and managing was straightforward. However, this year, the process has become extremely complicated. I spent two hours trying to figure out how to refill, purchase and select the right plan and I’m considering not using it again. This is especially disappointing since I’ve been a regular user every summer.

Cannot log in at all with the new Telia update with the app taking to a not working page when continuing with the new telia log in.
