Alfred Hitchcock put out a classic movie called “The Birds” where in the people were terrified by a zillion birds. In honor of Alfred Hitchcock and his movie “The Birds” the developers have put out their version of “The Birds” on level 21158. Won a level and was enter into the highest note contest obtaining 30 minutes free play which was wasted on trying to beat their version of “The Birds”. Using power ups is like trying to use a dull knife to cut meat.

Poor customer support
Game is great until it locks up. Unable to contact customer support to report the issue. Support portal goes in endless loop. Not happy

I’ve been playing everyday for 6 or 7 years now and logged in tonight to find my entire account completely deleted. I was 14k+ levels in and now I open the game to take the train to the gate on day one. What can I do??
Great game
Need way to help teammates on stuck levels by playing the level they are stuck on and if said teammate beats the level then the player gets coins or some reward for helping the team mate
Shut out
I have no idea what is going on, but this game has not been loading now for two days. I’ve spent more money than I would like to admit playing this game, and now they are screwing me over.
Made it to level 545
Now I can do nothing. Every time I open the game it sticks me on a reward screen for an event that is ended and says “Tap to continue”. Yeah, that doesn’t work. Shut down the game, shut down the phone, open the game and the same screen pops back up as soon as the game loads. Don’t tell me to take it up with in-game support. I can’t access anything in the game.

I really did enjoy this game but since their latest update done on September 7, I have not been able to play. My game freezes and nothing I do fixes it. I have emailed support and sent messages via google and no one responds. This has become very disappointing as I can no longer play and now need to delete the game completely.

If you are in level 21138, stuck after using power ups on this level do not collect any free play you have in Mystery Season because IT WILL NOT HELP!

Wish they’d of left it at a hidden items game instead of turning it into candy crush - not the same
Had potential
I don’t think most people can afford to play a feee to play game with no ads. That’s the main positive of this game, there are no ads. However, it seems they’ve cranked the difficulty to 11 because players buying coins and boosters for real money is the only income stream. I’d rather spend 10 seconds watching an ad after every few levels if the alternative is what’s going on with this game. It gets to a point, not even super far in, where just about every single level takes multiple attempts, sometimes more than 10, or really good luck with rng. There is only so much skill to be had in a match 3 game, and the rest is just hoping the board drops pieces in favorable configurations.
The cost to consistently play this game for more than a few minutes at a time until you run out of lives would be astronomical. Today I played for maybe 5 minutes before running out of lives, and I only managed to complete 1 board that I already spent multiple lives trying to complete yesterday. Just going to uninstall because slowly completing levels where almost every one takes multiple tries just isn’t fun at all.

The update won’t allow me to choose anything in the game. I can only spend my energy on the item the game chooses. It’s hard enough to gain energy…I don’t like wasting it on items that don’t move the game forward.

DELETED THE APP
Terrible app. Keeps forcing you to go to one area of the map when you don’t want be in that area and you want to explore. It’s a horrible way to design an app. The engineers really need to change this.
I’m not waiting around for it though. I’ve already deleted this frustrating app. I play apps to enjoy and relax not be toxic on my nervous system and be frustrating. Also, Constantly trying to force you to spend more money to play. No Fun at all after you get higher up in the levels. DELETED.
