Not able to get new edition. I have 1 year subscription. Not able to login to my account via the app. Horrible app.

Disappointed
I downloaded Sambadyam and signed in using my existing digital subscription ID, but I could not read the latest magazine magazine. I have already purchased it and I can read it in the browser. I clicked on support link and filled details of the complaint and for my surprise it says time out message each time I fill the details. Please do proper testing before release.
