App would not load my profile
Starting this morning the app would not load my profile, would not respond to logging out and will now not allow me to log in. Opening the app only stays on the green load page.
Stuck
Downloaded, opened app. Stated there was an update. Updated. Make my account. Started the tutorial and froze at the end. Couldn’t move past to use the app.
Please fix
Whenever I try to add a post I go to take the picture and it kicks me out

Had been using the app for a few months. While not perfect, it worked decently. Then I started hearing about people being kicked off and not able to sign back in. Well, it finally happened to me too. It will not let me back in. When I checked out the create an acct page I noticed you can only use Apple or Gmail for your email address. I don’t have either. It looks like they might be culling all accounts without Apple or Gmail.

Freezes on opening tutorial
Signed up before all good. Got a new iPhone 17 Pro Max most recent iOS and now downloaded the app and I can’t get past the opening tutorial. Get stuck on the “done” button and won’t progress. Tried many times. Here I am just trying to vote for the awards and enter the contest for the trophy.

App doesn't work
I was unable to create an account using Apple ID, couldn't do any searches and every page was blank. Fastest I've deleted an app in awhile.

I have been on the app for just about two months now, and I absolutely love it. It’s nice to be able to connect with other collectors and not be overwhelmed with flippers/resellers who don’t have a clue about the hobby. I also love how engaged the Mantel team is in posting, commenting, and just being a part of the community they built. You can tell it was built out of passion and the love for collecting and just wanting to have a place to connect with folks who share similar interests.

This app is super lame. So the premise of this app is to take pictures of your sports cards and post them like FB posts in hopes that some other dude will comment on them? I mean seriously!! Don’t waste the energy!

I have been on this app for a little over 2 months now, and I absolutely love this app! It is the greatest app for collectors hands down! The owners and employees of the app are always reacting and commenting on your post, and are super helpful with any questions you might have. Mantle is really great about fixing any problems you might encounter, and not letting anything get by. I am yet to come across any thing inappropriate that wasn’t handled correctly by MantleHQ. They are always wanted feedback from users, and update the app based on the feedback of their users! If you are considering downloading this app, you should definitely do so! They are groups for different collector items, and everyone on Mantle is super welcoming and friendly! Do not hesitate, and download Mantle right away! God bless.

I will update as app continues to improve
I do wish the current ratings on the app reflected the “beta” stage it feels like it is in. Being unable to edit your profile/about me details and profile photo in the app after your initial sign up seems very archaic to me. Certain actions like those can only be done on the desktop/web page. In addition, it seems you can’t simply forward a post to another user within the app, you can literally only forward it through other means like whatsapp/texts. Opening a post to see comments also has a VERY noticeable lag. I like the idea of this being trading card/hobby specific, but I think the reviews are misleading as well as the product, for now, and will be until the app version literally works like todays modern social apps do.
