Questionable lack of Data Protection T&Cs
On opening the app, you are greeted with a screen that asks for your phone number and name. You cannot circumvent this as the phone number is required to receive a code. Nothing particularly out of the ordinary except thatthere are no Terms & Conditions nor Data Protection Policy details e.g. ‘How will we use your data’. Therefore, entering your number will presumedly grant the company the right sell your phone number on with impunity and there is not one thing you can do about it. Surprising that such an well loved food restaurant can be responsible for such an oversight. Protect your data, do not use this app until it is updated with clarity on how your data will be used.
