Quite embarrassing
It is shocking that such a poor app totally clumsy and unstable is part of the allowed apps.
This app needs help
Hey Developers, did you know that this app is super buggy, clunky, and alll around not good?
Not working again!
This app is not working and the web site is down as well. What gives? The whole point is remote access to manage the thermostat and this is impossible if the app and website are unavailable. Please fix asap.
Login failed again
This app was down for some time last year and now in 2024 it is down yet again. Contacting the company has been impossible as no one will return calls or deal with it. I hope someone will read this and fix the issue
Can no longer log in!
Update: Opened the app today (April 3, 2024) and it asked me to log in. Entered my credentials and it said, “Login failed.” Tried multiple times but it doesn’t work. Now I can’t access my thermostat remotely. First issue I’ve had since it was installed 8 months ago.

Set this up in very little time and connected to Alexa & Google Home. The only pain is you have to connect your Wi-Fi network from the thermostat directly first. Then enter your email address on the thermostat to create your account. There is not a full keyboard on the thermostat, so it’s back to T9 for those of you who remember how to text on old cell phones.
The activation email ended up in my Junk folder, so check there if you can’t find it.

Does not function
App says my login fails. It used to work briefly but now it doesn’t work at all.
Password
Doesn’t have a password reset feature. I haven’t been able to figure out how to get back in once it logged me out.
Broken
Poorly tested; can't log in to control thermostat.
