Wouldn’t let me log in. Used my Mac, same username and password, no problem. Apparently not ready for prime time.
Old app was easier
I just found out I had to download this new app. It asks questions that they never gave you the answers too. Who thought this was better than the old app?

I download the new app, I put in my credentials.
It responds that the credentials are wrong, although I log on weekly with the same credentials. 🤦♂️
I click “forgot password” just to reset it and then it prompts me to write in my “identity number”
What the heck is an identity number?? Why do I need that to reset anything? An email is almost always good enough on 95% of other apps/sites.
Where am I suppose to find my identity number?
Before I deleted the old app, I was actually brought to the new app and it was horrendous looking and almost no options to look at claims/ bills in the easy format of the old one.
Im so confused how they can make an app worse, but I guess I cant put it past Mapfre to be incompetent.
