map doesn’t even work

I upgraded to map genie plus thinking I would use this like I did with the other maps, but the background doesn’t even show up with this app so what’s the point in using the map? I can’t see anything.

Missing map

Every time I download the app it will show everything’s location , but it dose not load the map it self doesn’t matter how many times I delete it and redownload the app it will not load
