To be honest, I hate to download a free app and to find that I literally have to pay in app purchase in order to use it. It this a way to trick you?
Plus, I couldn't figure out the usefulness of this app anyway. Who wants to mess up a good photo in a uncontrollable way? I'm deleting it. Sorry.

Interesting set of brushes
I like this app. Lots of brush choices. However the zooming in and out is a little slow to respond and slow to redraw the screen.

so average and then I decided to take a closer look before I was about to
delete it. I was pleasantly
surprised to find that when
you tap on each one of the
Chinese symbols a whole
new set of mosaic effects
appears at the bottom of the screen . Definitely worth
a try .
