Incredibly hard to check out

Took me 10minutes to check out after having to reenter the same CORRECT info 3 times in a row

App and ordering is for the birds

Can’t pick anything but breakfast. Nor can you pick up lunch before 1:00pm.

NEVER online order

Online orders are filled with old food and late

Huh?

So the maple Street biscuit Company app does not allow you to order from any Maple Street biscuit Company store in my area. What is the purpose of the app? To look at the menu? Why do the stores not use an app that was built specifically for them? Must be terrible management at the top of this company and/or it’s a third-party app that charges too much to the stores.

Disorganized

Imagine app ordering for breakfast place when regular coffee is hard to find on the menu. Also, why can’t I order a bag of coffee while I input my breakfast order.

Absolutely delicious

I highly recommend eating here.

Online/Delivery order

I’m very dissatisfied with the delivery of my order. Idk who checks the orders to make sure everything is in the bag or bags for delivery person. but I do know it was not checked prior to leaving restaurant. . My order came in an appropriate amount of time but I was missing several items. No gravy for biscuits and gravy entree, no powdered sugar on three waffles, no smashbrowns I ordered and paid for. No icing, I also ordered extra, no extra maple syrup I paid extra,, no whipped cream, also paid for extra.
Considering the fees charged for delivery are outrageous, but not to have your order complete is unacceptable.
When I called the restaurant, I explained to the lady the situation and only two solutions were given. 1: come to the restaurant yourself to pick up the items missing, 2. Refund for items missing or gift card. The reason we ordered and paid the delivery fees is because we didn’t have a car to go there ourselves. It is a lack of caring about the service your customers receive that makes the difference on who you will order your food from the next time. Uber eats is who picked up the order. I’m unable to contact them to discuss if they forgot a bag or the restaurant was responsible for the missing items. Regardless, they both failed in customer service.

Maple Street Winter Garden

We visited this location last Saturday 4/20/2025, and I had the best experience here. The food was A+++. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Do not pass on the coffee bar because it’s so good. I will definitely be coming back to this spot again.

Doesn’t allow ordering or any ability to contact for help

Simply put, the app doesn’t work. I don’t know if this is due to the location not allowing for online orders- if that’s the case nowhere does it mention this until I try to place my order and it says it’s unable to process. I’ve tried several different payment sources and received the same result. When navigating to contact us, it says to contact the store. If I wanted to contact the store I would just call them to place the order. No other links to help or otherwise.

App needs work

Maple street biscuit needs to hire a professional to make their app better.
Food was just ok. It came out cold. Coffee wasn’t hot either. Staff was polite. Place was very clean. Location is very good.

Zero customer service to loyal guests

We come to this store weekly for breakfast and lunch and today we were very disappointed.
We placed an online order at 1:45pm and at 2:03pm we were still waiting at the store to be ready.
We went to ask about our order and bottom line they forgot to make it. They close at 3 and we could see all fryers and stations were closed already.
Nobody apologized, they got some old chicken breasts, cold seating under the heat lamp , sliced and threw in the box.
We were eating at the store and after opening our box we went and asked about it since we ordered fried chicken tenders.
The young guys laughed and said is all chicken is all the same. We showed them the slices of chicken breast and they proceed to argue with my husband that was all the same, never a no I am very sorry or let me make the right order or any care at all to the us and or the other customer around.

It’s very disappointing and we always had great service there but will not be returning or recommending this store to anyone. Who argues with a customer when they are wrong. Why were they closing all their cooking stations 1 hour before the store closed. Very poor customer service.

Potential, but failed in so many ways

Clearly coded by a third party company not living in Silicon Valley, likely Florida or Ohio. No thought process given to the layout. Poor implementation of password and password reset functions. Too many clicks to get through anything. The first page in the “Dine In, pick up, delivery?” Page. Like, your not going to let me look at the menu first? Honestly, the head designer should be fired, his 401K liquidated, and the resources put towards hiring better developers. And all his “yes men” junior programmers who don’t have the balls to stand up for better design should have their degree audited.

False Advertisement

The app works good but the company menu pictures displays false advertisement. I been going to Maple St for a few years and mostly Oder the chicken and waffles. I always get 2-3 pieces of chicken with my order, as it’s displayed on their menu. Now you only get 1 piece of chicken for the same price. Picture should match the item you are buying and the description should say you are only getting one piece of chicken. I would have just changed the price and charge an extra few dollars for items if its a money issue with the company.

Wow! What a great place.

This place has great food and great people working for them. We met the owner and he is very nice. Everyone seems to really like their job and can’t do enough for you. Make sure to try their breakfast biscuits and say hello to Patty and Joanne! (They serve your food and take care of you while you are sitting at your table). They are the best!

Awesome greeter/cashier

Walked into Maple Street and was greeted by the most friendly lady. Hope she says around because she made me want to stay

Won’t let me check out

Whenever I try to check out with my order and air comes up, saying something is wrong error validate basket. So I’m unable to use the app to order.

Such a great place!

Casual fun delicious breakfast spot. The food is good every time! Mario was such a good help and made the experience great!
